Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

> Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems. > Lead the resolution of concerns > Validation – responsibility (Road/Lab/Laptop) > Validate effectiveness of solutions. > Functional System expertise > Collaboration with COEs and EL > Develop and monitor corrective action plans > Prevent recurrence through design, process, or system improvements. > Lessons Learnt deployment for the concerns across plaforms > Technical Capability Building > Benchmarking

General Requirements

Functional knowledge of the vehicle systems : Skill of driving and identifying the concerns at vehicle / system level - Practioner Level Strong skill set on problem solving & technical analysis - Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train Functional System Expertise - Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train Ability to use & interprete -  > Diagnostic tools (ALL)  > PicoScope (Electrical / Electronics / Powertrain / EPT / Software)  > Can Data loggers , Can analyser (Electrical / Electronics / Powertrain / EPT / Software)  > NVH tools, Accelerometers (VMS/ Integration / DAC)
