Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

> Accountability for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems > Validation Strategy and Execution > Technical Leadership and System expertise > Cross functional Integration and collaboration > Lessons Learnt deployment in platform > Coordinate containment actions to protect customers and production > Team leadership and Capability Building > Assess impact on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Customer Satisfaction (SQDCC) > Drive actions to mitigate program risks > Support warranty reduction and field quality improvement initiatives

 

Experience

Industry Preferred

Automobile - PV (Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Engineering)

BE /B Tech, ME / M Tech

Primary Skills (Functional)

Knowledge of Vehicle Systems, Concern analysis & resolution Skill of driving and identifying the concerns at vehicle / system - Expert Level Strong Analytical Skills to analyse the data and provide guidence for quick fix Data analytics, Root cause analysis, Prioritisation, Good Communication skills (written and spoken) Hand holding and capability building, Leading Cross Functional teams, Customer Centricity
