Data Gathering & segmenting from multiple data sources

Collating & analyzing data form vendors & suppliers.

Physically observing different movements, high spent routes, misc expenses.

Drawing inferences on freight reduction by way of underutilizations, route optimizations, consolidations, contract conversions etc.

Provide a model for freight analysis & inferences related to same.
