Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.    Solution architect with 8-10 yes of experience in design and delivery of Digital Manufacturing solutions using 3DExperience platform.
2.    Responsible to coordinate with Manufacturing team\SMEs to gather user requirement and define To-Be business process in 3DExperience DELMIA and Teamcenter Manufacturing suite
3.    Hands on experience in implementing MBOM, Digital process planning and simulation solution.
4.    Basic understanding of XPDM migration.
5.    Should have knowledge on 3DExperience DELMIA 2023X or higher version – Apps like Manufacturing Item definition, Process planning, Planning structure, Equipment allocation, Fastener process planning, assembly simulation, ergonomic simulation and factory flow simulation. (Robotic simulation is add-on)
6.    Should have good knowledge on EBOM configuration management and BOM change management. Should be able to collaborate with engineering teams for solution convergence. 
7.    Knowledge in enterprise applications like issue management and requirement management is an add-on. 
8.    Should have knowledge on 3DExperience server installation and Fix Pack maintenance, Data model customization app and platform administration
9.    Knowledge on Teamcenter modules – Manufacturing process planner, Structure manager, Classification, PLM XML module, Process simulate and AWC will be an add-on
10.    Should have good knowledge on Body in White and Final Assembly manufacturing processes
11.    Responsible for capturing requirements, document use cases, create project plan and plan rollout strategies
12.    Should own all the new enhancement delivery and maintenance of existing 3DExperience DELMIA business processes
13.    Provide guidance for the development team by preparing requirement document, work planning and prioritization. Should be able to lead EKL, CAA and Enovia development teams.
14.    Good business communication skills to drive digital transformation with business teams.
