Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Candidate should be well versed in the area of following :
- Preparation of conversion cost on Absorption as well as capacity based working, Conversion cost cycle working in SAP.
- Conversion cost detailed analysis.
- Analysis of Misc Consumption, Rejections, forceul consumption, other movements.
- CC wise Asset master in refernce to product and shop so that depreciation working would be more clearly segregated
- Preparation of differential cost True Up working for various products.
- Data Streamlining between Costing and Finance
- Preparation of Inter unit details of material sent & impact in monthly accounts.
- Preparation of Material Recovery & Variance analysis of the same.
- Model Cost Analysis - Major models with proper analysis of price changes
- Variance analysis – Actual Vs Budget and Opening roll up/ reference to standard cost.
- Critical Examination of IMCR proposalsBulk Part Analysis in order to restore the controllability and curb the abnormalities
- Validation of Savings propsals for ECN/VE Changes and other imporvement projects
- Preparation of MAP Analysis
- Preparation of Conversion cost projection model for New/upcoming projects as per requirement
- Preparation and finalisation of Cost Audit
- Preparation data for Audit
- Day to Day handling all the operations related issues.
- ICFR and COSO compliances and internal controls checklist monitoring and its compliance
- Focus on IT enabled and Digitisation of reports and its continual development
- Any other activity as per requirement
Experience
7 to 8 years Post Qualification Experience
Industry Preferred
Automobiles, Auto- Anciliary

ICWAI/CA/ ICWA Inter
General Requirements
- Should be able to highlight exceptional items and improvement points based on trend analysis.
- Sound knowledge of SAP & CO Module is a must
- Proficency in MS Office, Excel & Power BI will be a added advantage
- Should be able to effectively communicate with Operations and SCM
- Team Player
- Good Communication Skills
- Should be self starter
