Manager - DAC CDMM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Execute DAC part development (castings, forgings, gears, axle, in‑house motor parts, brakes and suspension components) post Business Case/ROCM approval and WBS release
• Initiate EVOB by coordinating DAC supplier panel finalization with SSU
• Support vendor audits, DFM and TSO closure with STA and cross‑functional teams
• Drive RFQs, support quote evaluation, and complete quote synthesis
• Submit commercial proposals to SSU and enable timely VOB closure
• Facilitate PO and advance release for tooling and materials
• Jointly track FTG timelines with STA, SCM and suppliers until plant handover
• Ensure achievement of MRD, QCD targets and SOP readiness for DAC parts
