Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
| Responsibilities & Key Deliverables | 1. Sharing RFQ’s (Request for quotation) for getting techno-commercial proposals from vendors. 2. Responsible for Quote synthesis preparation. 3. Responsible for Budget preparation. 3. Supporting sourcing (SSU) team in selection of vendor as per guiding policy for the part. 5. Plan to develop/procure components with vendors within time and cost. 6. Responsible to meet the Gateway as per MPDS (Mahindra Product Development System) targets for projects as per DE role. 7. Programme Management for parts under development. 8. Responsible for BOM sign off with stakeholders, resolving Sourcing team querries & timely cost settlement. 9. Create, verify, and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP. 10. Collaborate with suppliers for prototypes and tooling development of child parts 11. Coordinate with vendors for order acknowledgement, delivery schedules, logisitc & packaging. 12. Certify Run-Rate, Capacity Calculation/enhancement, input verification at supplier end. 13. Responsible for ECN management, price settlement & implementation as per timeline. 14. Evaluate VAVE ideas for feasibility, quality impact, and cost benefit. 15. Track VAVE implementation progress & cost savings. 16. Effective co-ordination with the Different Stake holder (Engineering, vendors, Platform, Sourcing, Manufacturing etc) to ensure first time right and end delivery of product. |

Supplier Coordination & Development 8. Knwoledge of plastic parts tool development. |
