Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Conceptualize, Build, simulate, and optimize the process by building models in DES domain using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and Anylogic Software. (Plant sim tool is a must) • Must have min 5-8+ years of experience using the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. Anylogic and Flexsim is added advantage. • Should have proven experience working in Automotive sector preferably with Assembly line, Production line, Supply chain management, warehouse management and Logistics. • Analysis through simulation on topics related KPI improvements, throughput determination, Bottleneck analysis & resolution, resources optimization, Inventory reduction and optimization. • Independently solve complex challenges, optimize models for efficiency and accuracy, and draw insightful conclusions from simulation results. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable simulation models and helps in providing solution to solve the problem/improvise the process.

Qualifications

BE / B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or MCA with 4-6 years of experience in implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

General Requirements

Excellent knowledge of Simtalk2.0 coding language to model logics • Good knowledge of automotive processes in BIW, Paint and TCF shops • Good knowledge in understanding Digital Manufacturing domain. • Hands on experience in leading 1-2 Fresh joiners on DES, Anylogic, Flexsim • Hands on experience in Digital twins projects or integrating Simulation models to real time data for input as well displaying output. • Basic understanding of other coding languages, like VBA script for macros, phyton etc. • Good Knowledge in using Power Bi and excel. • Knowledge on Statement of Work and Proposals creation, Creation of Base model & What-if Summary during Reviews • Good presentation and Analytics skills
