Manager - Engine Testing CME

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Preparation of RFQ, scope, Technical Finalization of -  Engine Hot testing Equipment, ACT machine, PDI set up, Overhead EMS, Hybrid engine test set up & allied FTG’s.
Planing & Execution of FTG prove out, handover of New hot testing set up with allied facilities
Creation of gateway documents & compliance against deliverables
Project Management tracking as per Master Timeline Chart
Equipment, Test bed prove out with co-relation trials & handover to the user.
Support Production Team for Ramp Up
Provide Design Inputs to Engineeirng Team for ease of Manufacturing
Planning for Optimum Utilization of Existing Facility
Process improvement with model specific add on engines in test beds
APQP & PPAP documents (PFC,PFMEA,CP,DFMEA,MFMEA,DAP) - preparation / Updation.
Soft skills to accommodate product & processes in present and proposed FTG’s

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E 
Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Tooling & Dies

General Experience

7 to 11 years of experience in Engine Testing, Manufacturing.
