Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
| Lead Engineering quality assurance and reliability improvement activities throughout the engineering design process. -Goods and Passenger >3.5T to 55T | ||
| Review of Engineering Sign off process and grant of ESO for entire project from 3.5T to 55T | ||
| Set Target for Component level, System level and Vehicle level validation of various parts | ||
| Set Target for CAE Life and Stress for various parts in consulation with CAE team. | ||
| Evaluate the parts againts targets and provide the judgement for approval or rejection of parts. | ||
| Conduct design reviews, audits, and evaluations to identify potential quality issues or risks and recommend corrective actions. | ||
Experience
| B.E./B.Tech/MTech in Mechanical | |
| 8 -12 years |

Qualifications
General Requirements
| Should have skill set of Collaboration, Agility and Boldness | ||
| Have an ability to make quick decisions with anticipated risks and mitigation plans during product life cycle. | ||
| Should have led a team of 15-20 people and got good managerial & leadership skills. | ||
| Excellent communication skills | ||
| Should have worked in CFT environment and ensure flawless project delivery. |
