Generate and develop cost reduction ideas through research, benchmarking, process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
Develop & Implement comprehensive Cost reduction ideation Plans, timelines for successful implementation.
Identify and prioritize cost reduction opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder input & collaborating with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to identify areas for cost savings.
Evaluate and prioritize ideas based on feasibility, business case impact, and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage idea generation and collaboration.
Analyze and benchmark industry best practices, financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to identify new opportunities for cost savings.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with cost reduction initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive cost savings.
Communicate ideas and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Generate & Monitor MIS on Ideation progress & basis analysis identify areas of improvement.

8 to 10 years in automotive OEMs

Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile /Production / Mechanical or related field
