Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Outgoing Quality of Engines from manufactured plant, release periodic reports, and issues reduction.
• Conformity of production (COP) Engine certification within time frame.
• Outgoing Engine build Quality through robust product Audit plan. Global Demerit, Product Audits, Dock Audits.
• Vehicle plant, 0 and 1 MIS correct concern analysis and robust action planning & concern reduction.   
• Responsible for overall Metrology lab, Millipore lab daily operations and Equipment’s, release period reports.
• Overall Lead for Quick Concern Resolution Team (QCRT) and concern closure.
• Plant Lead for ISO, IATF, Certification and internal Audits.
• Plant Quality system in charge & approver for all process related changes.
• Improve product and process through benchmarking, Deterioration, Long Duration Testing & Cut Section Study.
• Drive Quality culture in plant and proactive system correction identification.
• New project implementation and change management system lead.
