Manager - Spares Planning

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Spares planning and coordination with all AD Plants for timely supplies of VOR/MTO/Month plan against SPD requirement.
• Non-current models spares parts planning and execution. (One time/ MOQ/ Monthly schedule) for VOR/BO parts are critical.
• Stock norm coordination of child parts with Sourcing/DP Team.
• Concern resolution with SBU Sourcing for Old Non-current / Alternate Parts.
• Timely adherence to Customer concerns raised by SBU/SPD.
• Provide Estimated Time of arrival (ETA) for part in consultation with Plant SPOC / SCM/ PPC.
• Monitor Delivery Performance of Plants with strong MIS in place.
• Guide and support Subordinate for the above activities.
• Proactively take up with SBU Sourcing for supplies of End-of-Life Part supply in consultation with Plant SPOC/Plant SCM Heads.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile 
• Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile 
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile 
• MBA in Supply Chain Management.
• MBA in Materials Management.

General Experience

10 to 13 years of experience in SCM, PPC, SBU in Automobile Industry. Ordering and Planning of Imports.
