Responsibilities & Key Deliverables |
1. Exposure to Handle the Gears.Fully FInish, Semifinsih,all the parts related activities at various stages of design / development and production approval. will be a interface to Development Engineers /STA and R&D, Manufacturing to Development Engineers, Should be able to anticipate issues and road blocks and raise in early stages of the project.Should be well versed with Helical Gear measurements- Hands ON |
2. Should be able to interpret the SOR( Statement of Requirement) and CIR( Customer input requirements). For Proprietary parts like Shifters, Shift towers Synchronizers Clutch - DMF Drive shafts E-Axles |
3. Basic awareness of Cutting tools, Lead times, impact of cutting tool on parts for Gears, CB rings, Syncro shd be well versed. |
4. Fixture design tools and gauge design / concept finalisation End of line testing and recording of critical parts should be aware of Mistake proofing. |
5. Exposure to basic quality tools and PPAP is a must. |
6. Commercial acumen is Must. |
7. Should be able to understand GD & T and interpret the feasibility of manufacturing of parts. |
8. Exposure to TS/IS 16949. |
9. Should be open to travel and willing to relocate. |
10. Minimum 12 years B.E graduate is desirable. |
11. Back ground desirable – Auto OEM’s or from Tier -1 Ancillary mainly producing Shifters, Synchronizers. |
