	Responsibilities & Key Deliverables	1. Exposure to Handle the Gears.Fully FInish, Semifinsih,all the parts related activities at various stages of design / development and production approval. will be a interface to Development Engineers /STA and R&D, Manufacturing to Development Engineers, Should be able to anticipate issues and road blocks and raise in early stages of the project.Should be well versed with Helical Gear measurements- Hands ON
		2. Should be able to interpret the SOR( Statement of Requirement) and CIR( Customer input requirements). For Proprietary parts like Shifters, Shift towers Synchronizers Clutch - DMF Drive shafts E-Axles
		3. Basic awareness of Cutting tools, Lead times, impact of cutting tool on parts for Gears, CB rings, Syncro shd be well versed.
		4. Fixture design tools and gauge design / concept finalisation End of line testing and recording of critical parts should be aware of Mistake proofing.
		5. Exposure to basic quality tools and PPAP is a must.
		6. Commercial acumen is Must.
		7. Should be able to understand GD & T and interpret the feasibility of manufacturing of parts.
		8. Exposure to TS/IS 16949.
		9. Should be open to travel and willing to relocate.
		10. Minimum 12 years B.E graduate is desirable.
		11. Back ground desirable – Auto OEM’s or from Tier -1 Ancillary mainly producing Shifters, Synchronizers.
Job Requirements		12. Should be good at soft skills as this is a role of integrator and needs lot of negotiations at every stage of project.
