Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Job Purpose : To strenghten the Concern Resolution structure & its abilities to be agile and collaborative through structured problem solving & solution Development process   >Lead structured problem-solving using tools such as:         >> 8D        >> 5 Why        >> Fishbone (Ishikawa)        >> FMEA        >> Fault Tree Analysis > Ensure true root causes are identified and verified. > Ensure corrective actions are incorporated into standards, DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plans, and design guidelines. > Capture lessons learned and deploy across current and future programs. > Responsible for EN – change implementation. > Identify pain points and lead customer experience improvement projects. > Track and facilitate improvement in customer satisfaction. > Visit Plant and supplier locations for Process/Quality Confirmations

BE /B Tech, ME / M Tech
