Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
As a Relationship Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Operations -Dedicated Charging division within the EV Charging Infrastructure business unit, you will play a crucial role in being the front face to the end customer. Your responsibilities will include handling all kinds of technical queries related to Chargers or any support required for installations.
You will be the go-to person for customer handling, acting as a consultant and immediate solution provider to fulfill customer needs efficiently. Additionally, liaising with RWAs DISCOM to address queries related to approvals, product specifications, and installation safety will be a key part of your role.
Collaboration with the Sales & Service team at both AD & Powerol Dealerships and at AO / RO / ZO levels of AD & Powerol will be essential. You will be responsible for monitoring the DMS, handling service calls, and coordinating with the field team for the activation of services like Site Survey, Installation, and Commissioning.
Moreover, you will work on strengthening service systems and processes at Powerol Dealers, guiding and educating the Sales team at AD dealerships and customers on Charger Installation processes, and providing technical support to the Powerol field team.
