Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Design and development of suspension system for SCV platforms 
2) Deliver suspension system as per QCDW (Quality, cost, delivery, weight) for projects
3) To design concepts for suspension system with its mountings and integration with chassis and Axles
4) System level target definition, DFMEA, DVP preparation & achieving the targets
5) Capable of performing root cause analysis and propose design solution for issue resolution
6) Interact with CAE / MBD , CDMM, validation for aggregate design & development    
7) Co-ordination with prototype, testing team for the fitment and validation of design concept
8) Participation in field visits and benchmark activities.
9) BOM generation

Qualifications

B.E / B. Tech Mech

General Requirements

'1.Sound knowledge of suspension system  and vehicle dynamics.
2. Good knowledge of sheet metal and casting parts design
3.Vehicle knowledge to understand the interface aggregate requirements and resolving the conflict.
4.Having good CATIA V5 skills, DFA, DFS, DFM, GD&T Stack up tolerancing & Problem solving 7QC Tools.
5. Knowledge of PLM for BOM and Parts releases
6.Knowledge of DFMEA, Design review, DVP generation
