Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
| > Coordinate with OEM-approved vendors for parts and consumables > Expedite the delivery of parts at service location. > Ensure timely availability of required materials. Monitor urgent and VOR (Vehicle Off Road) part requirements > Ensure supplied materials meet OEM and dealership quality requirements. Address quality issues with vendors > Ensure compliance with approved procurement policies > Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Parts Department, Body Shop, Finance, and Procurement teams > Resolve supply-related issues impacting customer vehicle delivery |
