Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Drive customer satisfaction and business growth in the cluster by building strong ecosystems through effective channel partners, touch points, and network expansion.
1.Create eco systems to deliver customer satisfaction through right & adequate channel partners & touch points. Network expansion through primary & secondary network touch points.
2. Work on strategies to ensure channel partners profitability & viability.
3. Accountable for achieving business & customer centricity targets
4. Mentoring & coaching cluster team's capability enhance & prepare them for next roles.
5. Provide inputs on service strategies
6. Ensure adequate spare parts available in time
7. Accountable for Fleet customers, Corporate & Government customers satisfaction through special focus.
8. Managing the Cluster by undertaking relationship building between dealers and Cluster team.
9. Ensuring that the new initiatives are implemented efficiently as well as making sure of their success.
10. Working with subordinates to prepare them to take the organization into the future
11. Networking & stakeholder management- Synergise with network partners - MMFSL,SBI, MIBL, MFCWL etc.
12. Build & sustain relationship with influencers in govt depts & key account customers.

Education Qualification
Graduation/ Post Graduation in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Automobile
General Experience
Core Automotive Customer care - 8 to 12 Years
People with prior People Management experience (such as Regional Service Head) will be preferred.
