Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Tasks and Deliverables:

Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Intelligence Hub, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to leverage vehicle and customer data for competitive advantage and enhanced customer experience.
Build and lead a cross-functional analytics team covering Data Engineering, Data Science, System Intelligence, Insight Delivery, and Program Management, fostering skill development in AI/ML, data engineering, and visualization.
Oversee the design and implementation of robust data infrastructure and governance frameworks to ensure high data quality, security, and seamless integration from diverse sources such as vehicle telemetry, IoT sensors, and customer databases.
Direct the creation of advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reports that translate raw data into actionable, credible insights supporting product improvements and strategic decision-making.
Serve as the primary interface between the analytics hub and business units (Product Development, Customer Care, Marketing, Service, Quality), ensuring insights meet stakeholder needs and drive enterprise-wide data-driven decisions.
Manage program delivery including project prioritization, risk management, budgeting, and impact measurement to ensure timely execution and continuous value generation.

Critical Must-Have Deliverables:

A clearly articulated and actionable Product Intelligence Hub strategy aligned with business objectives.
A high-performing, multidisciplinary analytics team with demonstrated expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and analytics delivery.
Established data infrastructure and governance standards ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Delivery of high-impact analytics products such as real-time vehicle usage dashboards, predictive customer behavior models, and failure analytics.
Effective stakeholder engagement with regular communication of insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Robust program management ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and budget while delivering measurable business impact.

Good-to-Have Deliverables:

Development of innovative analytics methodologies or tools that enhance data insight capabilities.
Initiatives fostering a culture of continuous learning and upskilling within the analytics team.
Cross-industry benchmarking reports or competitive intelligence derived from analytics.

Industry Preferred

Automotive, Mobility, IoT, or Technology sectors with strong emphasis on connected products and customer analytics.
