Lead - Operations & Maintainance 

Principal Accountabilities

Operations & Maintenance  - GM role for Chennai.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Leadership & Strategic Planning: The candidate should have a strong background in leading O&M teams, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
2. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of equipment and machinery maintenance, energy management, and operational efficiency is essential.
3. Compliance & Safety: A solid understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols is mandatory. The GM should ensure all operations are in line with these standards.
4. Cost Management: Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial acumen to optimize operations without compromising quality.
5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: The candidate should have experience managing relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
6. Local Knowledge: Given the location-specific nature of O&M roles, it’s beneficial if the candidate has prior experience working in Chennai or the broader Tamil Nadu region. Understanding the local culture, language, and work environment can enhance their effectiveness.
