DY Manager - FDPD PMO

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Integrated planning across platforms for multiple projects.
2.  Identify bottlenecks , risks and work with Program managers , Delivery Heads &  COE heads to debottleneck.
3.  Resource management - Work with PD to estimate resources and facilitate discussions for optimising resource loading.
4. Responsibile for integrated communications to stakeholders outside PD : CDMM (Component Development) , SSU (Strategic Sourcing), CME (Central Manfuacturing Engg) , Manufacturing and Quality.
5. Centrally manage the consultancy contracts for various projects.
6. Monitor project risks & manage escalations.
7. Manage Change control Board.
8. Monthly Milestone management across projects.
9. Monthlty MIS Managment (for PMO)

Experience

4-8 years

Qualifications

General Requirements

'1.Good communication & listening skills.
2. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders , thereby facilitating solutions for issues / risks.
(Should be able to work on problem solving)
3. Agility - To handle multiple projects simultaneously, To respond quickly to changing needs of the project.
4.Assertive.
5. Good knowledge on MS Excel, MS Projects , MS PowerPoints, Power BI.
6. Knowledge of engine /tractor development   will be an added advantage.
7. Eye for detail .
8. Ability to identify  critical project issues  issues and precipitate them on time for resolution.
9.Empathetic.
10. Self driven.
