Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Very Good Vehicle system knowledge and E&E agregates in the vehicle- Distribution system,Starting & Charging system,Lighting system and swtichtes
Expertise in WH & vehicle trouble shooting 
Knowledge in Catia V5, Capital Harness is added advantage 
Program management skills 
Basic level knowledge in Vehicle electronics & In Vehilce netwroking systems - Body contorl module,  ABS/ESP,Airbag &Infotainment, Communicaiton protocols like CAN & LIN

To  Co -oridinate with design & develop and implement E&E aggregates Teams - Porgram managers and technical Heads for  meeting all functional, quality & regulatory standards/requirements with in project time line.
Managing and tracking of design release, development, validation & field failures 
Should have knowledge in Wiring harness, swtiches ,motors & Electrical Aggrigates 
Review & release technical specifications & other documentations 
Should have detail knowledge on circuits,interface and have decent knowledge on logic,software integration
Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of  tools used in  DFMEA , problem solving tools and techniques and project management tools , 
Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, project etc. 
 

Experience

15 to 17 years 

Industry Preferred

Any other OEM or Tier I like Lucas TVS, Delphi, Continental, Bosch, Marquardt etc

Qualifications

BE/B Tech Electrical Engineering
BE/B Tech Electrical and Electronics  Engineeing
BE/B Tech Automobile engineering
BE/B Tech Mechatronics Engineering 

General Requirements

Interfacing with all inter dept teams right from marketing to service as so to start from understanding the marketing requirements and till service related activities. Ie from start to end of project

Abreast on latest technologies across industry

Maintaining quality level tragets as per agreement

Adhering to committed timelines 

Program management & detailed documentation 

Open to short/medium term travel on need basis, across India & overseas
