Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Leads program discussions with Vehicle Project Team, CME, Manufacturing, Quality Etc

Ensure Communication Sets standards within Platform team for release and Design actions

Maintain JIRA and ensure complete Live updates on all issues related to VES 

Process adherence within project / program , supporting PM 

Change management, assessment and align stake holders to meet the target dates

Push the suppliers to deliver to the commitments

Level 3 plan & milestone activities monitoring

Internal stake holder management for design release, TKO, SOR.

Validation concern resolution (IR & vehicle)

Support Packaging & interface finalization

Support Layout finalization

Support SDS finalization

Pre ESO & ESO finalization

Supplier technical issue closure

Manufacturing concerns and must & wants closure

Experience

ü8 + years of experience in Automotive product development domain

Industry Preferred

General Requirements

Participation in planning, requirements analysis, and coordination with other team members, from inside and outside the project group, is critical in this position.

Additionally, the ability to plan, track, and lead the development of technology and mentor/motivate other engineers plays a critical role.

Must be comfortable in all phases of the project/product development life cycle and Should have Exp in lifecycle of New Product Introduction with Fundamental knowledge of system Engg. Development

Possess Key skills such as strong project management with great communication skills, leadership abilities, problem solving skills and demonstrate attention to detail, have a passion for technology, and an excitement to deliver the products within budget and timelines
