Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The objective of this job is to be a service interface for connected cars and to jointly develop  and operate front end technical solutions l, Development of  Diagnostic procedures and also to provide Level 2 Technical  Assistance  

Developing diagnostic procedures for new models "                            
Developing  wiring manuals"                            
Working closely with field technical team to capture the best available procedure to diagnose problems"                            
Analyzing field failure reports , to release quick solutions to field  "                            
Representing service to capture field failures in various new product  DFMEA’s"                            
Validation of the  diagnostic, flashing tools and releasing to field

Education Qualification

BE/B.Tech in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics engineering

General Experience

Around 3 to 5 years experience in technical support in Automotive industry
