Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibilities & Key deliverables
Development of parts as per the APQP methodology.
Tracking of FTGs development.
Process finalization (Proto & Serial production) with supplier with PFMEA along with FTG concept design, planning & calibration.
Supplier Audits for finalization of new source / identifying the gaps of existing source.
Drawing understanding, GD&T knowledge
Hands on practice on PPAP, MSA & SPC
Fair knowledge of commodities like plastic moulding, rubber hoses, Metal pipes, casting machining.
Enhance competencies of supplier by providing technical assistance to supplier including training, counselling, guiding etc.
Prepare MIS as required.
Develop synergy within / outside department & with supplier.
Follow QMS requirements for CDMM department..

Experience

Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience as Automobile industry on Engine, Casting (Al & GCI), Machining, Precise Machining, Pipes, Rubber as a Development Engineer

Industry Preferred

Automotive

Qualifications

BE preferably in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engg from reputed College.
