Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

-  Plan & Managing (Monitoring) Vehicle Program deliverables as per Mahindra New Product development process.

-  Responsible for identifing risks and resolving bottlenecks in Projects by laising with respective stake holders
-  Creation of new dashboards / updating dashboards based on project scenarios.

-  Updating project health status with dyanamic crtical path to management by every fortnight

-  Responsible for developing IT enabled PMO (for Ex: Engineering release online, Engineering dashboards etc)

-  Laise with NPD-QA team for gateway and SOP clearance.

-  Commerical awareness on a Business case for New programs
-  Preparing all management review presentation.
