Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Quality Planning for New Products
Drive quality planning for new products from concept to launch, ensuring customer, market and quality requirements are incorporated across all stages of product development.
Quality & Reliability Target Achievement
Define and ensure achievement of agreed quality and reliability targets through benchmarking, validation and structured quality reviews.
Design & Development Quality
Ensure quality inputs during product concept, drawing release and component development, including application of DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans and PPAP.
Product Validation & Issue Resolution
Plan and assess product validation, identify quality and reliability concerns, drive root-cause analysis and ensure timely closure of issues.
Component & Supplier Quality
Ensure component quality readiness through development, validation and PPAP, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Manufacturing & Production Readiness
Assess plant build and production setup readiness to ensure processes are capable of consistently meeting defined product quality requirements.
New Product Launch Quality
Ensure quality readiness for product launch, including First Time Right (FTR) declaration and closure of critical quality issues before market introduction.
Post-Launch Quality & Customer Feedback
Monitor field quality and customer feedback after launch, identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
