1.Will be responsible for conducting benchmarking competitive analytics
2. Should be able to participate in Jury Evaluations & Customer clinic to get customer verbatim
3. Static & dynamic evaluations on Benchmark reference vehicles
4. Converting the customer verbatim & benchmarking inputs to engineering action plans
5. Understanding of Performance attributes target setting for M6, M4 Level & refresh programs
6. Technical discussions with design team to define system level targets to achieve global vehicle targets
7. Keen watch on market evolution & proposing the changes / feature to maintain competitive edge in the market segment
8. Closely working with engineering, project & brand team to implement the proposals as per project timeline milestones
9. Understanding of Digital validation of performance attributes to generate the customer centric recommendations
10. Presenting the status update to senior management team as per project milestones
11. Learning & development of team
12. Maintaining healthy profession relationship with CFT teams to work in synergy towards achieving organisation goals
