Engineer - Body Integrated Systems

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Knowledge of new product development.
• Basic Knowledge of tractor / vehicle systems and its applications. 
• Functional understanding & experience in designing the components for tractor/automototive vehicle.
• Design of Sheetmetal, plastic & Trims, Rubbers parts etc. 
• Knowledge of design, testing and validation of tractor.
• Expertise in Creo/Pro-E, UG NX & Team Centre Engineering
• Basic knowledge of QFD, benchmarking 
• Knowledge of NVH and design verification process.
• 3-D layout and 2D drawing preparation and interface checking.
• Knowledge of design tools like DFMEA, DFM,DFA, DFS & GD&T
• Basic knowledge in manufacturing process for sheet metal, plastic parts. 
• Understanding Assembly and Serviceability requirement  in tractor/ vehicle

Experience

4 - 6 years with relevant experience in sheetmetal, plastic and rubber part design & manufacturing.

Industry Preferred

Tractor /  Automotive

Qualifications

B.E /B. Tech in Automotive / Mechanical

General Requirements

Expert in Sheet metal, plastic and Rubber part design and development.
Expertise in Cre-o/Pro-E, UG- NX software and surface modelling.
