Understanding of Tractor functioning, systems / aggregates on various makes.
'- Planning a Benchmarking Project and Execute Benchmarking activities in lab and field conditions
'- Benchmarking data analysis and Performance Prediction.
'- Continuous Market Scanning through Customer and Market In sighting
'- Cost and Value Engineering through Tear down analysis.
'- Understanding of New Global Tractor Technologies
'-Understand customer usage and implements in field applications
'- Responsible to manage multiple projects simultaneously
'- Project documentation
'- Responsible for developing IT enabled Benchmarking
'- Team building and Training coordination for Benchmarking.

Experience
