Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1)Field Testing: Agricultural Tractora)Plan and execute validation activities aligned with product development timelines.
b)Budgeting and resource allocation for testing activities.
c)Monitor test progress and ensure optimal utilization of resources.2)Product Failure Analysis & ResolutionDiagnose failures observed during validation and field usage.
Conduct root cause analysis and escalate issues to Cross-Functional Teams (CFT).
Drive revalidation and ensure timely closure of issues.3)Test Reporting & DocumentationCompile and review test reports covering functional, suitability, performance, and durability aspects.
Derive conclusions and release reports for internal and external stakeholders.4)Test Case Development & Process DocumentationCreate test cases, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and check sheets.
Align validation protocols with customer usage profiles and field failure data.5)AdministrativeLead and manage test-related administrative tasks including scheduling, logistics, and compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth execution.6)Quality & Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in validation processes.
Implement best practices to enhance product quality and reliability.

Qualifications
General Requirements
- Good Knowledge of Engine, Transmission & hyraulic working of tractors
- Testing/Validation of Tractors with Implments in different soil conditions
- Real World Usage pattern of tractors with various implements1) Testing execution, monitoring with optimal resource utilisation.
2) Product failures diagnosis, root cause analysis, escalation to CFT, revalidation & closure.
3) Test Report compilation, review, conclusion, and release wrt Tractor Functional, Suitability, Performance and Durability testing.
4) Create the test cases, SOP, check sheets etc with respect to customer usage profile, field failures etc.
5)Leading the test-related administrative activities.
6) Focus on continuous improvement in quality and process.
