Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Engine mounting sign off sheet preparation
2. Test Cycle preparation, limit file, data file preparation
3. Sample test run & test cycle Signoff
4. Monitoring the test run to achieve maximum untilisation in shift 
5. Concern logging for engine component failures during the trial
6. Interaction with development team /supplier during failure investigation.
7.Maintaining  test history sheet
8.Test Report Preparation
9.Planning, Scheduling, adherence to test bed Preventive Maintenance & Test plan.
10.Up keeping of functional testing & testing equipments.
11. Managing team of associates to deliver the DVP completion 
12.Torbleshooting of equipment /instrument failures to keep downtime low.
13. Implementing 5S and safety in workplace..

Skills critical for the job:

1.knowledge of diesel / Gasoline/CNG  Engines & testing : Performance tests, functional tests, durability tests,Emissions
2. knowledge of the testing requirements, process and Engine specifications,Utilities,Instrumentation,test standards,TAP standards,Wiring harness.
3.Good understanding of IC engines ,working principle,engine components & its functioning.
4. Documentation-Engine test  report preparation.: Proficiency in Mricosoft Word,Excel,Office,Project.
5. Engineering knowledge on measurement systems, engineering drawings
6. Knowledge about automation system like PUMA,EDACS,ORBIT-E
7.Expericence of working in a cross functional team for projects.
8.Knowledge about vibration measurement & analysis.
