Engineer - PDC

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Tractor PTO testing : PTO Performance tests, functional tests &  Cooling system validation.
2) Test facility work Planning and Scheduling in shift operations.
3) Monitoring utilisation and effciency of the test facility 
4) Conduct Homologation activity of PTO Validation  for ICT, OECD Code II & CMVR certification. 
5) Discuss and finalize sign off for DVP trails with Tractor aggregates.
6) Documentation-PTO test report preparation. Failure investigation report generation.
7) Trouble shooting of issues using instrument and INCA software during validation.
8) Conduct NABL, ISO,QS systems, OHSAS certification of test facility.
9) Support for PTO Certification at test agency, Field issues & production issues resolution.
10) Electrical Tractor PTO performance Set-up & validation 

Experience

BE - Minimum 5 to 6 years,
DIPLOMA MECHANICAL/AUTOMOBILE ENGG - Minimum 9 years

D.M.E/DAE ,B.E.

 

General Requirements

1. Good communication skill
2. Knowledge of MS office (Words, EXEL), Power point

Sound Knowledge of Tractor test set-up, instrumentation, utility know how ,PTO Cooling Performance validation, Tractor Aggregates Power loss analysis, Knowledge of Field duty cycle corelation with PTO Testing,  Logical data interpretation skill's.

Proficient in handling below equipments  
1) Dynamometer, fuel flow meter, smoke meter  
2) Fuel conditioner,  blow by meter & Air flow meter.

- Hands on experience on Softwares like IASYS, Vibration measurement -LMS SCADA's 


- Competant to investigate Engine, Tractor aggregates and Instrument related issues.
- Strong Analytical skills for PTO  performance analysis.
- Knowledge of vehicle data acquisition & control systems
