Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Manage an accurate inventory of store materials.
2. Ensure materials are delivered to the customer on a timely manner as per plan.
3. Maintain proper records of the materials inventory; ensure storage as per the prescribed storage conditions and to ensure timely deliveries to the customers
4. Ensure to effectively maintain minimum stock level at all times.
5. Planning and monitoring incoming and outgoing materials.
6. Evaluating budgets and expenditures.   
7. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
8. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
9.Yearly budget evaulation.
10.Managing store budgets and updating financial records.
11.Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
12. Lead Proto Parts Procurements
