Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

a) Design of transmission components like Gear Box Housings,FG/SG/AL
b) Sound understanding on Transmission & Structural Housing Architecture.
c) Basics of stregth of Materials/CAE Load cases/Housings interface stack calculations
d) Preparation of 2D part/sub assembly drawings and 3D modelling
e) Working knowledge on Tolerance analysis and stacking
f) Understanding of Transmission Layouts
g) Knowledge on manufacturing processes, DFA and DFMEA,DFS,DFM
h) Resolving Failures concerns (Lab, Field)
i) Adherence to project timelines for drawing release

Software proficieincy , Ideas, Proe  & UG, Parametric Modling for Casting core and patterns,

• Good fundamental knowledge on mechanical engineering
