Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Knowledge of complete new product development process. 
• Should have Knowledge of tractor / vehicle systems and its applications. 
• Functional understanding & experience in designing the parts for tractor/automototive vehicle.
• Design & development experience of Sheetmetal, Plastic/Trims, Rubbers parts etc. 
• Knowledge of design, testing and validation of tractor & creating DVP's
• Exposure in UG NX & Team Centre Engineering
• Knowledge & should have worked in 1 complete project with design tools like DFMEA, DFM,DFA, DFS & GD&T
• knowledge of manufacturing process of sheet metal, Rubber and plastic parts. 
•Complete understanding of New Product development Gatways, able to predict critcal paths & prepare risk mitigation.
•Able to lead CFT and should have skill set for driving for decision.
•Able to plan nad predict future activities and align priorities for the team.
•Resource management, Revenue and Capex estimation and management.
•Tracking and ensuring Quality , Cost and Timelines as per Mahindra NPD.
•Understanding Assembly and Serviceability requirement  in tractor/ vehicle

Experience

9-11 years with relevant experience in sheetmetal, plastic and rubber parts design & development. 
6 to 7 years in Project management.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

B.E /B. Tech in Automotive/Mechanical
