B) Key Deliverables :
1) Detailed Timeline preparation, status reporting, risk management and risk mitigation
2) Concept generation for Glass system and Master Section generation based on Class-A Surface
3) Detail packaging and layout preparation
4) Decide Helix angle for Glass, best fit Glass (Flat/ Cylinder/ Torus)
5) Design & ensure Manufacturability and Assy (DFMA) requirements
6) Design & ensure Serviceability requirements
7) VAVE (Design for low cost Glass System)
8) DFMEA, IFMEA
9) Support for Validation
10) Interface signoff completion, BOM, Add-Del, ECN release
11) Support for Manufacturing and Implementation
12) Upgrade system database (Guidelines, DVPs, Master DFMEA, Master SOR etc)
13) Standardisation
14) Meet Homologation requirements
