Lead Engineer - Data Acquisition

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1)Experience & expertise  in strain gauging and calibration at the component level & able to do instruementation on tractors.
2)Should able to use  data loggers, load cells, wheel force transducers (WFT), pressure sensors, accelerometers, and other measurement devices effectively
3)Knowledge & expertise of Ergonomic control measurements & able to do measurements for  Steering effort & control lever efforts 
4) Understanding requirements from Different COEs & able to plan & execute acquisition with Suitable instrumentation 
5)Expertise in use of nCode software & should able to do data analysis and duty cycle analysis for fatigue and transmission
6) Should able to perfrom data analysis for duty cycle preparation/generation.
7) To institutionalizes new practices and be a subject matter expert in data acquisition
8) To create roadmaps for bringing in global best practices in data acquisition function.

Experience

9 to 12 years

Functional Competencies:

Knowledge of Tractor Aggregates/ sub systems & their Functioning.
Knowledge of sensors, transducers, data loggers, Strain Gauges its calibration
Knowledge of various Field applications, implements & loading pattern
Knowledge on instrumentation of tractors
Knowledge of Field failaures
Experience with nCode software for data analysis and duty cycle analysis for fatigue and transmission
