Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Candidate to have 
a) Desired Competency on CAN SAE J1939 Protocol, UDS Protocol ISO 14229 
b) Hands on experience on ECU communication protocol like CAN, LIN
c) Hands-on experience with tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, and flashing techniques.
d) Very good experience on Framing the specification for Bootloader and UDS protocol & develop the software with Supplier 
e) Good Control on Supplier in executing the Software development & testing the Software both in Lab and Vehicle level
f)Knowledge of SQL query development and job run creation.
g) Good experience in Framing  the Diagnostic tester tool specification including Reading & Writing the DID, IO Control, Routine Control, Calibration parameters
h) Hands on Experience on EMS ECU, Transmission ECU
i) Hands on experience on developing EOL Flashing tool and Installing that in manufacturing plant
j) Hands on experience on developing Server/Cloud based Diagnostic tester tool and Flashing tool for Aftersales Support.
k) Basic knowledge on Android and IOS Diagnostic & Flashing tool development
l) Basic Knowledge on Electronics Architecture integration like ECU, Sensor, etc...
m) Knowledge on  Homologation requirements of Automotive/ Farm Equipment related to UDS & Bootloader.
n) Validating the UDS and Bootloader software by making proper test cases in both component and vehicle level so as to give trouble free experience to dealer.
o)Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of  Quality tools, DFMEA,7 QC toolsDesign Reviews & Project management 
p) Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.

6-8 years

Qualifications

BE/B Tech Electronics and Comminication Engineering
BE/B Tech Computer Science Engineering
BE/B Tech Electrical and Electronics  Engineeing

General Requirements

Interfacing with all inter dept teams  from start to end of project to ensure First Time Right 
Good knowledge on systems like design review’s/ DFMEA’s             
Specialized, Technical  Good knowledge on vehicle electrical system and interfacing parts.             
Manufacturing of E&E aggregates
Maintaining quality level tragets as per agreement
