Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Product description book study and requirement understanding and feature matrix preparation.
Benchmarking of I/O market vehicles.(for clusters)
SOR preparation and and TSO preparation (for cluster)
Concept artwork and content finalization with styling team and technical documents review with supplier.
Technical Documents Signoff.
System requirement document finalization and signoff.
CAN matrix preparation for system integration, DBC signoff understanding
CAN tools handling and vehicle level knowledge for CAN integration
Cluster hardware packaging and mechanical integration review with CFT.
Selection of automotive Electrical & Electronics aggregate that all includes child components like controller, crystal etc...Strategy finalization for LCD or TFT and overall TT and features as per regulations.
Prototype application support and application reaction checking.
Support to each build milestone like mule, VP0,VP1, PP and SOP.
Software bench level testing and report release and review.
Fitment trials and vehicle level validation and report release.
Support for environmental and EMI/EMC testing/ homologation.
Drawing review and release
Support for preparation of technical service bulletin.
Support to plant and field issues and releasing 8D report.

Experience

1. Instrument cluster developeloment and understanding.
2. Vehicle level knowledge.
3. Hands on in CAN tools and data analysis
4. Vehicle level IVN kowledge
5. Cluster features in details understanding
6. Certification and validation understanding (cluster comodiety)
7. Hands on in Cluster testing and hardware development 
8. PLM and DFEMEA understanding
9. Basic knowledge of CAPAL and Application codes
10. Understanding on automotive standards
