Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
To have fair knowledge on power train system including the base knowledge of electric vehicle and associated systems like DC-DC converter, on board charger
To review the circuit for OBC / DCDC and to have knowledge on CAN matrix of ECU and to have knowledge on Diagnostics system management of OBC / DCDC
Base level integration with CFT & design engineers for system integration to realise the required OBC / DCDC feature with Quality , Cost and Time.
Validating the components by taking support in making proper test cases in both component and vehicle level so as to give issue free product to customer
To work to bring out some cost effective solution thro IMCR/VAVE activities.
Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of components.
Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,Design Reviews & Project management
Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract data from data warehouses
Filter, validate, and clean raw data to ensure absolute accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Utilize statistical techniques to identify significant trends, correlations, anomalies, and patterns in complex datasets.
Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence (BI) dashboards using Power BI tool
Experience
7 - 10 years
Industry Preferred
Any other OEM in electrical domain, Tier 1 suppliers (for EV specific systems)
Qualifications
BE/B Tech Electrical Engineering
BE/B Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering
BE/B Tech Automobile engineering
ME/M tech Power Electronics

Maintaining quality level targets as per agreement |
| Basic Knowledge in software, calibration SW from tier 1 ECU suppliers Good Vehicle system knowledge and electric power train aggregates in the vehicle - EV associated systems like DC-DC converter,On board charger.
