Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibilities:

1. Support the implementation and maintenance of the Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) in alignment with UNECE R155 and AIS 189 regulations.
2. Assist in ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations across vehicle development programs through documentation, process reviews, and internal coordination.
3. Contribute to vehicle type approval activities by preparing and organizing cybersecurity documentation for submission.
4. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and homologation teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements into development workflows.
5. Stay updated on regulatory changes and support process updates to maintain compliance.
Participate in internal audits and assist in resolving findings related to cybersecurity compliance.

Key Deliverables:

1. Maintain CSMS documentation including procedures, risk assessments, and compliance records.
2. Prepare cybersecurity documentation for type approval submissions, including TARA and audit trail reports.
3. Track basic cybersecurity metrics and assist in reporting compliance status.
4. Conduct preliminary gap analyses for vehicle programs and support readiness activities.
5. Help organize training and awareness sessions for internal teams on cybersecurity compliance

Experience

8-12 years of experience in automotive cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, or homologation.
Exposure to CSMS implementation or type approval processes is preferred.
Basic understanding of UNECE WP.29 R155, AIS 189, and ISO/SAE 21434 standards.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting documentation efforts.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications or training in cybersecurity (e.g., ISO 21434, CEH) or homologation processes are desirable but not mandatory

General Requirements

Understanding of automotive development processes and cybersecurity principles.
Ability to work with documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Word) and manage structured compliance records.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn regulatory frameworks.
