Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Develop and Maintain Automation Frameworks:
• Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and reliable testing of various ECUs.
2. Integration and Testing of Communication Protocols:
• Work on the integration and testing of communication protocols to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability across ADAS, BODY, Chassis, and Cockpit ECUs.
3. Utilize Network Simulation and Testing:
• Simulate and test automotive networks to ensure robust and reliable communication systems within all ECUs.
4. Implement and Manage HIL Systems:
• Configure and manage hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems for testing, including digital IOs, communication, and power, ensuring accurate and effective validation of automotive components across different ECUs.
5. Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing (CI/CT):
• Develop and maintain CI/CT pipelines to automate the testing and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of software updates.
6. Automated Test Execution:
• Execute automated tests, analyse logs, and validate test cases to ensure the reliability and performance of automotive systems.
7. AI-based Software Testing:
• Develop and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to enhance the testing process, including anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and automated test case generation.
8. AI-based Test Automation:
• Utilize AI-based test automation to optimize test coverage, reduce testing time, and improve the accuracy of test results.

5 - 7 Years of experience
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in ECE/CSE/IT - Mostly Programming Language is must.
General Requirements
Skills:
Automation Frameworks:
Proficiency in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Robot Framework.
Communication Protocols:
Expertise in working with communication protocols such as CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, J1939, UDS (CAN and DoIP), MQTT, LVDS, and A2B.
Network Simulation and Testing:
Skilled in simulating and testing automotive networks using CANoe and CANalyzer.
HIL Systems:
Experience with configuring and managing hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems, including Vector VT Systems and dSPACE-based systems.
CI/CT Pipelines:
Ability to develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous testing pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Bash scripting, and Windows Shell scripting.
Image Processing:
Competence in performing image processing tasks such as ROI creation, pattern matching, color and brightness adjustments, and OCR using tools like Tomline and OpenCV.
Automated Test Execution:
Proficiency in executing automated tests, analyzing logs, and validating test cases.
Test Management and Issue Tracking:
Experience with managing test cases and tracking issues using X-Ray Test Management and JIRA.
Requirements Management:
Ability to manage and trace requirements using DOORs.
AI-based Software Testing:
Knowledge of developing and implementing machine learning models and AI algorithms using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
Skills in analyzing and visualizing large datasets generated from ECU tests using Python (Pandas, NumPy), MATLAB, Tableau, and Grafana.
AI-based Test Automation:
Familiarity with AI-based test automation tools like Applitools, Testim.io, and Mabl.
Programming and Scripting:
Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, CAPL, Shell script, YAML, Groovy, Bash scripting, and Windows Shell scripting.
DevOps Processes:
Expertise in DevOps processes, tools, and methodologies, including CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance using Jenkins and GitLab CI.
Android and QNX Testing:
Basic knowledge of testing on Android and QNX platforms.
Log Analysis:
Deep knowledge of working with serial and ADB logs, and using OpenCV for image processing tasks.
