Lead Engineer - VES

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The tasks correspond to Cockpit Electronics Product Testing - Infotainment, Heads up display and connected solutions
Understanding, Setting up/ Modification in the Automated and manual test environment
Understanding of Product Specifications and perform requirement Analysis
Test planning, test case generation, test script generation and test execution on the hardware in loop test bench setup
Test monitoring and reporting, defect tracking and supportive functions

Expertise in Driver Display and connectivity domain ( Infotainment, Heads up display, vehicle connectivity(V2X), cyber security)
Working experience with Automated Test environment /Manual Test benches
Communication protocol : CAN,LIN, Ethernet, J1939, KWP,UDS,ISO 14229
Communication tools: CANoe, CANalyser, Vehicle Spy, CAN Stress,
Expertise in handling RF Signal simulations and tool kits - DAB, DRM, GPS, SDARS, AM, FM etc.,
Programming and Modelling skills CAPL, Python, VB, C and C#, Lab view, MATLAB Simulink
Test Management tools CANoe TFS, Visual Studio , ECU Test, Test Stand/ Veristand
Requirement and Defect Management tools: IBM DNG, IBM RTC, JIRA, SVN
Automated Test Equipment framework - HIL simulators (dSPACE/NI, Vector VT system/PXI, vision-based test verification etc.,)
Experience in achieving A-SPICE/CMMI Level 5 process compliance
Know-how on Functional Safety standards and Testing – ISO26262

Experience

6 to 8 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in ECE/EEE/E and I
