Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. ADAS and Parking ECU feature analysis and HIL requirement preparation
2. Plant model preparation and Closed loop HIL Simulation of ADAS and Parking ECUs
3. ADAS and Parking ECU software debugging and issue resolution
4. To understand the ECU new developments and identify test methodologies

Qualifications

BE/BTech/ME/MTech-Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Electronics or any equivalent

General Requirements

Knowledge of HIL test systems (e.g., dSPACE, IPG, NI PXI, ETAS).
2. Configuring and integrating HIL simulators, ECUs, and hardware interfaces
3. Familiarity with Xpack4, dSPACE SCALEXIO, ControlDesk, and LabVIEW for HIL setup and test automation.
4. Simulink/Matlab for model-based development and real-time deployment.
5. Experience with CarMaker, SCANeR, and similar vehicle simulation tools.
6. Data logging, signal processing, and troubleshooting with tools like CANoe, Vector, and dSPACE ControlDesk.
7. Automation of test sequences and analysis using C C++, Python, LabVIEW, or Matlab scripting.
8. Understanding of ADAS/E/E architecture, including sensors, ECUs, networks, and vehicle domain controllers.
9. Knowledge of sensor simulation for camera, radar, lidar, ultrasonic, GPS, and IMU.
10. Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet.
11. Strong knowledge of automotive vehicle systems including ADAS, Parking ECU, ESC,IEB,EPS etc.
12. Hands-on testing experience with ADAS functions such as AEB, ACC, LKA, FCW, BSD, TSR, Parking Assist.
13. Development of scenario-based test cases aligned with ODDs (Operational Design Domains).
14. Troubleshooting hardware issues including I/O cards, power supply, relays, and wiring.
