Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Should be aware of brakes parts such as calliper, ESP, ABS, booster, friction pad, EPB etc

Should be aware of steering parts such as column Epass, Rack Epass etc

Should be aware of suspension parts such as semi active suspension, FDD- FSD technology etc

Should be aware of upcoming technology in brakes such as IDB, ESP new genration compatable for ADAS,brakes by wire etc

Should be aware of upcoming technology in suspension such as Steer by wire, rear steering , driverless car - steering support, 90degree wheel turn - steering support.

Supplier awareness and knowledge of Drive away Chassis child parts like switches, actuator, solenoids valves etc

General Experience

10 to 14 yrs experience years in Sourcing / CDMM /Product Development / Manufacturing

Critical Experience

Hands on experience on should costing of DAC (Drive Away Chassis) components on latest & upcoming technology parts of Automotive (ICE/EV)

Exposure on European / USA regional manufacturing processes on new technology parts/aggregates and awareness of rate cards

Handling Cost Gap between Product Cost Model for Base Model & Approved Business Case Target Materials Cost for projects

To iron out difference between SBC and Quote

Drive Materials Cost Competitiveness for New Project-Parts
