Developing  wiring manuals                            
Working closely with field technical team to capture the best available procedure to diagnose problems                          
Analyzing field failure reports , to release quick solutions to field        
Representing service to capture field failures in various new product  DFMEA’s                         
Validation of the  diagnostic, flashing tools and releasing to field
