Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• To manage the day-to-day activities for all the passenger & commercial vehicle projects.
• Effective co-ordination of all the projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising.
• Strategic planning for upcoming projects
• Scope & budget preparation details from GPH through VES PM
• CFT finalization by joint discussion with COE & Project team / CFT Nomination interacting with COE heads.
• Consolidated VES Engineering and CDMM (Electrical/Electronics) Budget & Vehicle requirement to Project team for BC Approval
• VES Business case approval from Principal Chief Engineer
• Program risk management - against timeline, cost - monitoring activities & identifying risks, including defining mitigation plan with the CFT.
• EOL & Diagnostics scope & budget preparation with COE
