Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Manufacturability Confirmation: Confirm manufacturability of digital cockpit components as per the received drawings.
• Coordination with Design Team: Ensure effective coordination with the Design team for first-time-right and end delivery of digital cockpit systems.
• Supplier Identification and Rating: Interface with platform teams to identify potential suppliers of digital cockpit technologies and rate them technically for accurate sourcing decisions.
• Quality Target Signoff: Ensure Quality Target Signoff including SOR compliance, CIR, and Technical Signoff with the platform team and other stakeholders for digital cockpit components.
• Process Planning: Plan processes at the supplier’s end and prepare necessary documentation such as PFC (Process Flow Chart) and control plan, PFMEA, DFMEA for digital cockpit systems.
• APQP Compliance: Meet APQP requirements as per Gateways in line with MPDS for digital cockpit integration.
• Tooling and Fixture Planning: Ensure planning of appropriate fixtures, gauges, and tooling for the development of digital cockpit components.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure desired Quality levels as per Signoff and conduct MSA and SPC if required for digital cockpit integration.
• Joint PTR: Conduct Joint PTR at the supplier's end with SQE for digital cockpit systems.
• Accountability for PPAP and PSW: Hold accountability for PPAP and PSW until handover of digital cockpit components.
• Development Compliance: Develop digital cockpit systems in line with defined CFPD norms where applicable.
• Concern Resolution: Resolve concerns along with platform teams and SQE related to digital cockpit integration.
• Lessons Learned: Capture and document all lessons learned along with the platform team for digital cockpit projects.
• Support for TCP Deliverables: Provide support to the platform in meeting TCP deliverables with a focus on digital cockpit technologie

General Requirements
Function Related Responsibilities:
• Capability Building: Enhance the capability of STA domains within platform teams,
specifically in digital cockpit technologies.
• Future Readiness: Ensure teams continuously upgrade their technological skills for
future readiness, focusing on advancements in digital cockpit systems.
• Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) and relevant
SSU stakeholders to create a Technology roadmap via structured forums focused on
digital cockpit and deploy them to live projects.
• Process and System Improvement: Drive improvisation of processes and systems
through digitization, IT enablement, analytics, particularly in the context of digital
cockpit integration.
• Domain Expertise: Develop required domain expertise in digital cockpit technologies
to successfully deliver projects.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Manage relationships with suppliers specializing
in digital cockpit components to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
Platform Related Responsibilities:
• Resource Allocation: Enable platform teams to meet TCP objectives through optimal
allocation of competent resources with expertise in digital cockpit systems.
• Conflict Resolution: Provide solutions and alternatives in case of conflicting situations
faced by the delivery team, specifically related to digital cockpit integration.
• Debottlenecking: Identify and resolve System/Functional interface conflicts faced by
the delivery team in the implementation of digital cockpit technologies.
• Coordination: Ensure proper coordination between multiple platform teams when
engaging with suppliers of digital cockpit components.
