Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
System-Level Target Drilldown
-
Defines system-level TCP targets aligned to vehicle-level TCP objectives.

Inputs taken from CoEs/PPH PMH on engineering, supplier, manufacturing, and cost feasibility.
-
Build & Validation CoE provides risk inputs on performance and reliability.
-
PPM inputs on planning and resource availability.
Delivery of Targets
-
Ensures achievement of system and vehicle-level TCP targets.
-
Timely release of drawings by CoEs with minimal reopenings.
-
Closure of ORCs/concerns through feasible engineering solutions.
-
Delivery of performance, weight, cost, and other product/process targets.
-
Timely closure of engineering decisions (L0/L1 drawings, packaging, CAD, VP design).

Supplier sign-off only for those capable of meeting TCP targets.

Integration of systems with VA&VI support.
-
Suggests risk mitigation plans to CPH.
Trade-Offs & Conformance
-
Ensures TCP trade-offs align with platform targets.
-
Reallocates TCP targets across systems/CoEs within defined limits to avoid deviations.
Sign-Off & Handover
-
Completes engineering sign-off for project handover to manufacturing/PVE for launch.

Escalates to CPH if TCP deviation is required, ensuring thorough assessment and reporting.
